It depends how old you are. If your old enough just tell them its not like they’ll beat you they’ll probably be upset or disappointed at first but will get ever it. My brother is gay and my dad was kinda upset at first but he has learned to cope with it because he has to except him the way he is. If your young or a scared teen wait until your older to come out to them cause they’ll find out eventually like when your dating a girl or whatever.

No.. Never date a friends ex it’s called homie hopping and it’s wrong af. That can also cause tension between you guys, and don’t let a boy come between your friendship. But if you really like him I hope your ready to sacrifice your relationship with your friend. :(
